Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics Review

Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics are probiotic drops that contain 12 different probiotic strains. There’s been a lot of scepticism online about these probiotic drops, so here’s my full review.

Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics Full Review & Opinion

Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics Ingredients

With every review I do, you probably already know what the first thing is that we always check… It’s the CFU count (the count of healthy bacteria).

And even though Perfect Biotics have 12 different probiotic strains, they don’t share or mention anything about the CFU count – for me that lack of transparency is a deal breaker in itself, but ok, let’s give it the benefit of the doubt.

  • Lactobacillus plantarum,
  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus,
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum,
  • Bifidobacterium infantis,
  • Bifidobacterium longum,
  • Enterococcus faecium,
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus,
  • Lactobacillus casei,
  • Lactobacillus helveticus,
  • Lactobacillus salivarius,
  • Pediococcus acidilactici

Out of the strains above there are 2 that I’m actually a big fan of, the first one is Bifidobacterium longum and the reason why I like it so much is because of its amazing ability to reduce inflammation within the body.

It’s also very effective at lowering cholesterol, treating constipation and reversing IBS. It’s also super beneficial for kids, you can read more about that here.

The second strain that I’m a big fan of is Streptococcus thermophilus and the reason why I like this one is because it helps with reducing respiratory infections, improving the guts ability to digest lactose and also reverse leaky gut.

The strain is also great for preventing kidney stones and reducing immunity.

Recommended dosage for Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics

The recommended dosage by Perfect Origins is to take 4 drops, twice daily with a meal. If you do not experience any effects or benefits, you can also try taking up to 6 drops, 3 times daily.

Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics Benefits

In terms of the benefits I experienced, I’m a bit disappointed to say that I didn’t experience any benefits at all, in fact I didn’t even notice any difference when upping the dosage to 6 drops daily, which is the highest allowed dosage according to Perfect Origins.

One of the reasons that could explain why I didn’t experience any benefits is that before switching to Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics I was already taking my preferred daily probiotic, which is quite potent and has a number of different strains.

Another reason could be that the Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics probiotics simply aren’t potent enough, which would also explain why the company is hiding the CFU count.

Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics Side Effects and Allergies

Luckily I didn’t experience or notice any side effects when taking the Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics probiotic drops, the only side effect was the confusion I experienced after trying to find the allergens present in the probiotic.

After tons of research I was able to find out that the Perfect Biotics are glute, soy, wheat and dairy free, the drops are also vegetarian, which is a plus.

Other ingredients include Filtered water, Humarian Proprietary Blend: (Fermented probiotics, benzoic acid, tartaric acid, nicotinamide, pyridoxine, thiamine, calcium, cobalt, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, molybdenum, potassium, and sodium).

Perfect Origins Perfect Biotics Review

Overall, I really cannot recommend this probiotic, not only is it ridiculously overpriced at the crazy $2.5 per serving, but it’s also ineffective as I experienced absolutely no benefits.

The only thing I liked about the probiotic is the refund policy, but everything else was shockingly disappointing.

If you’re on a market for a quality probiotic and are SERIOUS about improving your health, there are many better options than the Perfect Biotics Probiotic.
