H. Pylori is a terrible bacteria that enters the body and lives in the digestive tract, which can lead to ulcers at the stomach lining, this also may potentially lead to stomach cancer down the line if you don’t act on it.
It’s been said that about two-thirds of the world population have H. Pylori and for most people they don’t experience any negative effects, but for those that do there are remedies out there.
One of them is probiotics, as we know probiotics’ main mission is to replenish the healthy bacteria in the gut, which then help the gut detox the bad bacteria, which is also the best way to get rid of H. Pylori.
Today I’ll be sharing my personal top 5 best probiotics that help with H. Pylori and healing your gut, here they are.
BEST Probiotics for H. Pylori Reviews
The first probiotic on the list is my personal favorite, the one that cured IBS for me and my mom, among many other problems.
The Physician’s Choice probiotic contains 60 billion CFUs (healthy bacteria) coming from 10 different probiotic strains.
One of my favorite things about this probiotic is the fact that it is physician-approved, as well as the fact that the capsules have a patented acid-resistant technology that ensures all the healthy bacteria make it down to your gut, without it being destroyed by your stomach acid.
The added prebiotic blend is another great addition, as it improved the effectiveness of the probiotics.
The recommended daily dosage according to the instructions is a single capsule per day, ideally 30 minutes before breakfast with lots of water.
It’s also worth mentioning that this probiotic is free of GMOs, dairy, soy, gluten, wheat and eggs – it’s 100% organic.
Dr. Tobias’ Deep Immune probiotic comes with 4.4 billion CFUs per capsule coming from 4 different probiotic strains including Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus Coagulans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium lactis.
Out of the strains above my favorite is Lactobacillus acidophilus for the simple reason that it does wonders for improving my digestion.
The recommended dosage for Dr Tobias Deep Immune probiotic are 2 capsules daily, one with breakfast and one with an afternoon meal with some water in both cases.
In terms of the allergens Dr. Tobias’ probiotic is produced in a facility that may also process milk, soy, wheat and nuts – so if you’re very sensitive maybe consider other options.
The Hyperbiotics PRO-15 Probiotic has 5 billion CFUs of healthy bacteria coming from 15 different probiotic strains and its main selling point is their patented time-release capsule, which apparently ensures that up to 15x more probiotics make it all the way through the stomach acids and down to your gut.
This probiotic also works well for managing weight, as it has an unique strain mix that might actually boost weight loss.
The recommended dosage is to take a single capsule daily, ideally before breakfast with lots of water, taking the probiotics in this fashion ensures that as much bacteria as possible actually survives and makes it down to your gut.
Finally, it’s also important to note that this probiotic is shelf-stable and 100% vegetarian and GMO free, which is a great plus. If you want more info, feel free to read our Hyperbiotics reviews.
Garden of Life Dr. Formulated probiotic is available in 2 editions, one for men and the other for women. Both contain 50 billion CFUs per capsule, coming from 15 different probiotic strains combined to provide you with an immune system boost.
These shelf-stable capsules are great because there’s no refrigeration required and in addition they’re also a great travel probiotic.
The recommended dosage according to instruction is a single capsule daily before breakfast with a lot of water.
In terms of potential allergens, this probiotic is 100% dairy, gluten and soy-free, as well as certified vegetarian. For more info, read our Dr. Formulated Probiotic review.
This shelf-stable probiotic by BioSchwartz is the last and final on the list, it’s a bit cheaper than your average probiotic, but unfortunately, that does come with a price, since it’s not as potent as some other probiotics.
However if you’re on a budget, this is a great choice as it has 40 Billion CFUs and a great patented capsule system that ensures all the bacteria make it to your gut.
The 40 billion CFUs unfortunately only come from 4 different probiotic strains, which is a bit of a bummer.
Another disadvantage is that a single serving is 2 capsules, which need to be taken once with breakfast and once in the afternoon, which is a bit annoying since they’re easy to forget.
Other than that, these capsules are free of soy, dairy and gluten, and a solid choice if you’re on a tight budget. More info available here:
